All data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. Information collected during consultation prior to skincare analysis, facial, aromatherapy or massage treatment will be pertinent to the type of treatment given and recorded for the clients personal & medical safety and also for insurance purposes.

Emma may send occasional emails about new treatments, products or special offers/discounts but only to those who have agreed to marketing on their client record card. If you contact her via her website she will only use your contact details to reply and not for any marketing purposes, she will not hold this information on file.

Security
Emma is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure she has put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information she collects.
